What are your store opening hours?

Our Annandale showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

How do I place an order?

Please email your order to info@trophyland.com.au or send it through our contact form.

Please include the product codes, quantities required, and any engraving details. We will confirm your order and let you know if we need any further information.

When do I need to pay for my order?

Payment is required before your order is collected or despatched. Goods are released once funds have cleared in our bank account.

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an invoice showing the balance owing and available payment options.

For approved account holders, our standard trading terms are payment within 14 days of invoice date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Direct Deposit, and Cash.

Once you receive an invoice, payment can be made by Direct Deposit to:

How do you handle my personal information?

We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties.

Your order details will only be discussed with contacts you nominate and authorise.

We only use your information to contact you about your order or to market our own products and services.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We can arrange delivery using your courier account, or we can organise delivery using our preferred carriers.

StarTrack Express
We can arrange StarTrack delivery to any address. Delivery is usually 1 to 2 working days for cities and major regional centres. This is our standard courier service for interstate deliveries.

Capital Transport
Capital Transport offers same-day delivery within the Sydney metropolitan area. This is our standard courier service for same-day Sydney Metro deliveries.

When will my order be ready?

Completion time depends on the products and engraving involved in your order.

We will advise your estimated completion date when you approve your artwork proof. Please let us know about any deadline when placing your order.

Where are you located?

We are located at 171A Albion Lane, Annandale NSW 2034.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Orders can be collected from our showroom during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Where can I park when visiting your showroom?

There is 1-hour parking available on Young Street. There is also 1-hour free parking on Parramatta Road between 10:00am and 3:00pm, followed by a short walk to our premises.

What logo file formats do you accept?

Vector files are preferred. The best formats are EPS, PDF, and AI.

We can also accept other file types, but an artwork fee may apply if extra work is needed to prepare your logo for production. We will always let you know about any artwork charge before your job begins.

Will I receive an artwork proof before engraving?

Yes. We email artwork proofs for approval before engraving begins so you can check for any errors or changes.

How much text can I fit on an engraved award?

There is no fixed character or line limit, but more text will need to be set smaller to fit the available space.

We are happy to work with you during the proofing stage to make sure your engraving is clear and looks right.

Can you repeat a previous order?

Yes. We keep records of past jobs, which makes it much easier to repeat, match, or update a previous order.

Can you engrave in another language?

Yes, provided you supply the wording in a file we can work from.

We can use PDF and Word documents for foreign-language engraving content.

What happens if there is an error in my order?

We take care to minimise errors by checking work before it is produced. Your artwork proof is also an important part of that process.

When you approve the artwork proof, you are confirming that the spelling, wording, dates, names, and layout are correct before engraving begins.

If a problem does occur, we will work with you to discuss the best solution and aim for a positive outcome.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Most of our products can be ordered as a one-off, so minimum quantities are rarely an issue. If a particular item does have a minimum order requirement, we will let you know before your order is confirmed.

Can I order just one trophy, medal or plaque?

Yes - absolutely. The vast majority of our products can be supplied as a single item, so whether you need one award or one hundred, we can help.

Do you offer urgent or rush orders?

If you have a deadline, please let us know when placing your order and we will do everything we can to meet it.

Do you ship Australia-wide and internationally?

Yes - we can arrange delivery throughout Australia and also internationally. Freight cost and delivery time will depend on the destination, parcel size, and delivery method required.

What information do you need to start my order?

To get started, please send us the product codes, quantities, engraving details, any logo files, and your required date. If your order needs to be delivered, please also include the delivery address and contact details.

Can you repeat or match a previous order?

Yes - very easily. We keep extensive records of past orders, which makes repeating or matching a previous job quick and straightforward.

If you have ordered with us before, there is a very good chance we already have the details on file.

Can you help if I am not sure which product to choose?

Of course. If you are unsure which product will best suit your event, budget, or quantity required, please get in touch and we will be happy to help guide you through the options.

Can you supply both the awards and the engraving?

Yes - we can supply the awards and complete the engraving, so your order is ready for presentation.

Can I supply my own artwork or logo?

Yes - you are welcome to supply your own artwork or logo for engraving or printing. Vector files are preferred, however we can also assess other file types and let you know if any artwork preparation is required.

Do you provide artwork setup and layout assistance?

Yes - we will work with you on artwork setup and layout to make sure your awards look exactly how you imagine before production begins.

Can you supply awards for schools, sporting clubs, and corporate events?

Yes - we regularly supply awards for schools, sporting clubs, businesses, and all kinds of special events.

What happens after I send my order through?

Once we receive your order, we will review the details, confirm anything further that may be required, and advise you of the next steps.
